Before joining Joskos, Mark made significant contributions to the education sector through his work with Pearson Education and itslearning. In these roles, he collaborated with customers, assisting them in adopting and integrating various learning platforms and online software. Mark's expertise encompasses a wide range of tools, including virtual learning environments (VLEs), Microsoft 365, Google Classroom, and Active Learn titles.

During the challenging times of the pandemic, Mark played a pivotal role in empowering teachers to navigate the transition to remote teaching and learning. Through his successful training initiatives, he equipped over 2000 teachers with the necessary skills to effectively utilize technology and engage students in a virtual setting.

Mark's area of specialisation lies in supporting Trusts, schools, and colleges in realising their IT vision.
